Polyester ink(Etching available) heaters are produced by silk screen printing(Etching) process with minimum possible thickness of the heater (min. 0.2mm).These heaters are based on low resistance printed silver(Heating element) as current distributor and then a layer of conductive ink(Etching) assures the heating characteristics. The heat is generated by a number of parallel connected polymer resistors and is therefore very sturdy and insensitive to small damages.
 
With low thermal heat capacity characteristics, Polyester Film Heater can provide rapid and superior heat conductivity to the surface that to be heated.
